Summer softball wraps up
From the five year olds to the 16 and under (16U) team, the girls fastpitch season has been busy this summer.
In the younger and older summer rec groups the girls ended with their annual parent/daughter softball game. Almost 40 girls participated in the summer rec program going four evenings a week.
“The girls improved all summer long in their fielding and hitting,” said instructors Kelsey Dieterman and Mike Johnson. “If we only had a video from the first day to the last it would be amazing on how much they have learned and improved.”
