Tennis girls notch 2 wins

The Lake City girls Tiger tennis team won back-to-back matches over Stewartville and Baldwin-Woodville High.
Against Baldwin-Woodville High School on Sept. 10, the Tigers cruised to a 5-2 win.
Ava Wallerich was in control at No. 1 singles 6-1, 6-1.  Ashley Thieren made easy work of a point at No. 2 singles 6-0, 6-0.  Renae Harvey won at No. 4 singles 6-2, 6-2.  At No. 3 singles Katherine Kennedy lost a three set tiebreaker 6-2, 7-5, 10-3.
