Tennis: Tiger girls enter home stretch
On Tuesday, Sept. 19, we rematched against Stewartville at home and faced a difficult loss of 1-6.
Rylee Theiren played number one singles and lost 0-6, 0-6. Thérèse Bauer lost 6-7, 4-7 at number two singles. Mary Kate Bauer lost at number three singles, 1-6, 1-6. Emily Mehrkens won her match at number four singles, 6-0, 6-1. Alison and Erica Wallerich played number one doubles and lost 1-6, 0-6. Julia Huettl and Clara Loda lost number two doubles at 1-6, 0-6. Ada Alkire and Lucy Beckman lost number three doubles at 2-6, 1-6.
