Tiger bowlers place fourth at state tournament

On Saturday March 5th the Lake City Tiger girls bowling team traveled to Mermaid Lanes in Moundsview for the Division I State Tournament. The teams in Division I are made up of players from one or two schools.

Lake City competed against nine other teams in their division. The other teams that the Tigers competed against in the regular season were in Division II because they are made up of three or more schools. Lake City came into the day with the highest season average of 168.4 followed closely by Shakopee/New Prague with a 168.2.
