Tiger boys defeat Dover-Eyota in season opener

game-high 25 points in the second half as fourth-ranked Lake City rolled past Dover-Eyota 69-44 Friday night in the season opener for both teams. The Tigers broke free from a 28-18 halftime lead by opening the second half on a 24-4 run over the first 8:04 and never looked back, notching a victory on opening night for a fifth consecutive season.
