Tiger boys erase 18-point second half deficit to advance to third straight Section 1AA final

A legendary chapter in Lake City boys’ basketball post season history at the Mayo Civic Center was written Saturday night as the Tigers erased an 18-point second half deficit to stun Cannon Falls 81-77 in the Section 1AA Semifinals. Lake City trailed 64-49 before closing the game on an emphatic 32-13 run over the final 6:32 to advance to the Section 1AA Championship for a third straight season.
