Tiger boys open season againt RW
Despite rising waters on Lake Pepin, the spring weather has greeted Tiger sports teams with favorable conditions for outdoor play.
The Lake City Tiger boys tennis team battled it out with the Red Wing Wingers Monday and lost 5-2.
Bringing in points for Lake City were Mitch Medvec at No. 1 singles, 6-0, 6-1 and Ryan Heise at No. 2 singles, 6-4, 6-0.
Finishing out the bracket in singles play were Jack Bremer at No. 3 singles, 2-6, 2-6 and Sam Rol at No. 4 singles, 1-6, 0-6.
