Tiger boys seeded 8th in Section 1AA tourney

The Lake City Tiger boys basketball team received the eighth seed in the 2026 Section 1AA playoffs, which begins tonight (Thursday). The Tigers (13-12) host ninth-seed Chatfield (17-9) at Lincoln High School.
A victory would advance Lake City to the quarterfinal round on Monday, March 2 at 6 p.m. at the Mayo Civic Center Arena.
