Tiger efforts fall short in bid to upset Lourdes

A big third quarter led second-ranked class AAA Rochester  Lourdes to its 17th consecutive win dating back to last year as the Eagles defeated Lake City 46-36 at Rochester Regional Sports Stadium on Friday night.
The Tigers gave the defending state champions all they could handle in the opening 24 minutes as Levi Herbst got the game off to a great start for the visitors with a 93-yard kick return to the six-yard line.
