Plainview-Elgin-Millville used a ball control offense and a strong defensive effort as the Bulldogs upset Lake City 23-7 in the Section 1AAA semifinals Saturday night. A key goal line stand with nine minutes to play by the Bulldogs hindered the Tigers comeback bid.
