Tiger girl’s continue their winning ways by defeating Pine Island

Ava Wallerich hit her first of eight 3-pointers following the tip-off in the contest against Pine Island Dec. 6.  Wallerich broke the 3-point record for Lake City girls.
The Lake City Tiger girl’s basketball team took a quick seven point lead on the Panthers. The Panthers made a couple of 3-point baskets of their own to bring the score within one.  
The Tigers answered with another 3-point basket from Wallerich. At 7:59 to go in the first half the Panthers hit a 3-point basket and tied up the game 18 apiece.
