Tiger girls fall to K-M 69-52

The Tigers took to the court for the second time this season as they hosted Kasson-Mantorvile on Tuesday, Jan. 19. Lake City lost to the Komets 52-69.

Mya Shones found the open lane to the basket and got the Tigers on the board first. The Komets wasted no time and responded with a basket themselves.

A shot from the arc from Jacey Majerus bounced off the rim but Shones was there for the rebound and on the way back up was fouled, sending her to the line for two. She dropped both in to give the Tigers a two-point lead.
