Tiger girls fall to Lourdes, Z-M
The Lake City High School girls basketball team is looking to rebound after losing to Zumbrota-Mazeppa 51-63 and to Rochester Lourdes 54-65.
The Tigers came out to a slow start in the game on Tuesday, Jan. 3, against Zumbrota-Mazeppa, scoring just a couple of baskets in the first 10 minutes of the game.
The Cougars stretched a halftime lead of 25-21 into a 63-51 victory.
Allison Kubista scored 22 points and Deandra Oelkers had 12 points for the Tigers.
Lake City girls then took on Rochester Lourdes on Friday Jan. 6 at home.
