Tiger volleyball falls to Byron 3-1

From the onset of match one, Nov. 16, it appeared the Lake City Tigers were going to own the Byron Bears on the volleyball court.

It didn’t quite turn out that way.

The success in the beginning of match one was due in major part to the tenacity of Olivia Pennington and Elyse Dalager.

Their efforts to keep the ball from hitting the floor were on point.

And just like clockwork, Delaney Issendorf and Hannah LaBonte joined suit, and added incredible hits to have the Tigers leading, 12-4 before a Byron time out.
