Tigers cross country runs away with Section 1A titles

The Lake City Tiger harriers came away with a double victory at Northern Hills Golf Course during the Section 1A cross country championships Oct. 26, in the 23-team meet. Each Tiger team also qualified three runners as individuals for finishing in the top 10. The teams will compete on Nov. 2 at St. Olaf College in Northfield in the state meet. Girls start time is 1 p.m. and boys will take the course at 2 p.m.
