Tigers Team Orange moves on to state tournament

The Lake City Tiger high school bowling team traveled to Bowlocity in Rochester Saturday, Feb. 23 for the conference roll-off to see which team would win the automatic bid to the state tournament. Both Orange and Black would bowl an eight game qualifier, with the top four teams moving on to bracket play.
Lake City Black was eliminated after the eight games.  Lake City Orange qualified third and took on Winona. Lake City bowled a 191 and 212 to move into championship match against JM Black, who upset the number one seed Stewartville.
