Tigers tennis shuts out St. Croix Lutheran in round 1
The Lake City High School girls Tiger tennis took on St. Croix Lutheran High School in the first round of the Section 1A team tournament Oct. 3 in Lake City. The Tigers had a complete shut out of their visitors, 7-0.
At No. 1 singles Emma Brunkow cruised past Nano Fukuda 6-0, 6-0; Renae Harvey defeated Liza Bornschlegl at No. 2, 6-0, 6-0; Sarah Ziebarth won over Chloe Meyer at No. 3, 6-0, 6-0; and Madeline Medvec defeated Daisy Tang at No. 4, 6-0, 6-0.
