Tigers volleyball defeats Lourdes in 3
After two straight losses, the Lake City Tigers volleyball team was ready to turn things around Sept. 12. And, that they did.
Lake City started the first game in a three-game match pretty slow, letting the Rochester Lourdes Eagles score five points before Lake City won the ball back.
While the Tigers fought back against some pretty iffy line judge calls, they were able to finally tie the game at seven, and quickly led by one, which prompted a Lourdes’ time-out.
