Top-ranked girls golf team wins Mount Frontenac Invitational

The Lake City High School Girls Golf team (LC), ranked No. 1 in Class AA’s latest poll, captured the Mount Frontenac Invite by firing an outstanding 328. LC won the event by forty-five strokes over Byron 373 followed by Visitation 383, Rosemount 385, Academy of Holy Angels 386, Pine Island-Zumbrota-Mazeppa 389, Jordan 398, Kasson-Mantorville 461, and Cannon Falls 468.
