Trap team faces difficult conditions at state championship event

Difficult shooting conditions welcomed 15 members of the Lake City High School Tiger Trap Team to the state championships in Alexandria on “Friday the 13th.” And the weather conditions matched the traditional “bad luck” day. Almost two inches of rain, heavy mist, wind and cold persisted throughout the morning and afternoon, turning the state’s largest shooting venue into a sea of mud.
