Two Tiger champions at Edina Invitational wrestling tournament
This past weekend the Lake City’s High School girl wrestlers competed at the Edina Invitational and came home with two champions.
Junior Ericka Hansen and sophomore Madyson Skifton both earned first place in their weight classes. Hansen picked up a third period pin in her first match and followed that up with a first period pin in her final bout.
Skifton also won both of her matches via pin. Her opening round match was a 2nd period fall followed by a 1st period fall.
