V-ball Tigers bow to K-M

The Lake City Tigers volleyball team was soundly defeated by a strong Kasson-Mantorville squad Sept. 24 in Lake City 3-0.
The KoMets finished strong 25-19, 25-19 and 25-11.
For the Tigers Madi Green led with nine kills and Daynalyn Jostock had seven. Green also added eight blocks and Julia Anderson had eight digs.
The Tigers host Stewartville on Thursday and travel to Hayfield next Tuesday, 7:15 p.m. varsity game times.
