Volleyball Tigers defeat Wildcats
A night of exciting plays that had the Lincoln High gymnasium roaring with cheers Oct. 11 didn’t end quite as the Tigers would have liked, but was still the end of a season to be proud of. After losing to Zumbrota-Mazeppa in five games, the Tigers finished their winning season 16-11-0.
The Tigers went down 5-0 right away in game one and seemed to take awhile to get comfortable on their own home court. The Cougars stayed ahead the entire first game until ending it for the Tigers 25-19.
