Wallerich breaks school record in girls golf

The Lake City Tigers girls golf team concluded a busy week with three events in a row.  On May 14, they competed in the Red Wing Invite, placing fifth as a team with a 335.
Red Wing won the event with a 306 on their home course, followed by Wayzata 317, Edina 321, Elk River 334, Lake City 335, Simley 346, and Eden Prairie 430.
Lake City was led by a pair of 83’s by Ava Wallerich and Marah Rothgarn, Jordana Windhorst-Knudsen 84, and Hannah LaBonte 85.  Other scores were Molly Kennedy 92 and Taylor Willers 94.
