The Lake City Tiger girls basketball team - the No. 5 seed in Section 1AA - traveled to the Mayo Civic Center on Monday Feb. 28, to take on the No. 4 seed Dover-Eyota Eagles.

Lake City and Stewartville shared the Hiawatha Valley League Conference Championship after finishing with identical 14-2 records. The Tigers have won at least a share of the conference championship in eight consecutive seasons, dating back to 2014-15.
