Letter: Garden could use more plants

Apparently, Lake Citians think there should be more shade along Garden Street. I remember when this block had more shade. There were birds and beautiful fall colors of course, and less rainwater runoff and pollution, but what I remember most about the trees on this boulevard, is shade.
