Art, history, film and music come together for ‘I Am Woman’ on March 14
Lake City Area Arts will be celebrating Women’s History Month on March 14 with an event featuring 48 works from 24 artists, six presentations or performances, and several historical displays.
“I Am Woman” will take place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Lake City Area Arts Center, 105 W. Center St., Lake City. People can browse the art and historical displays throughout the event.
The presentation schedule begins with a performance by the Lake City Singers, a local choral group, from 1 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.
