Breuer tourney helps community projects
The Randy Breuer Golf Open was held Aug. 13 at the Zumbro Falls Golf Course for the fourth consecutive year. It has become an annual event sponsored by the Zumbro Falls Lions Club. Randy and his children also enjoyed a round of golf in support of the event.
The business hole sponsorships have increased yearly. Numerous businesses and individuals in the communities of Lake City, Zumbro Falls, Zumbrota, Rochester, Millville, and Plainview donated door prizes. Before teeing off all golfers draw for a prize. A post tournament dinner of roasted chicken was served.
