Letter: Flags of Valor raised $7,500
To the editor:
The Lake City American Legion Post 110 and the Legion Auxiliary wish to thank everyone that made 2018 display of Flags of Valor possible.
To all who donated to sponsor flags, to all who helped assemble and install and then returned to take them down. To all who walked the way daily to make sure they stood straight. We could not do it without your support and energy.
We raised $7500 which will be used for local veterans programs, scholarships, delegates to Girls and Boys State. Thank you as we plan for next year.
