Public gets first look at Cemstone site plan

Beth Elliott said people came to an open house on the proposed site plan for Lake City’s Cemstone property with a lot of questions.
Elliott is a senior planner with Stantec, the firm the city chose to help it develop a plan for the site.
People wanted to know about the placement of roads and public facilities, she said. Nearby property owners wanted to make sure the possible development would maintain the character of the neighborhood.
