Arneson: We must stay vigilant on COVID-19

We all know this past year has been super challenging for all of us - for our community members, businesses, children, families, essential workers, teachers and our senior citizens. It is almost now one year ago when the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) announced that in Goodhue County we had our first lab confirmed COVID-19 positive case, that announcement took place on March 25, 2020.
