What is a Developmental Achievement Center (DAC) anyway?
Many people throughout our river valley communities may not have a clue what a DAC is. Others easily associate us with county, state or government agencies, as we are officially named “Wabasha County” DAC. We are a completely separate entity from residential placements and group homes, which we are often affiliated with.
The DAC is a private non-profit charitable organization based in the town of Wabasha.
