Doesn’t think apartments would actually be affordable

How much more obvious can our current day economic challenges be? General inflation rate is now estimated to be at 7%, the highest in nearly 40 years. Also stated in the nightly news is that rents are expected to rise. These cost increases are predicted to completely wipe out the wage increases gained by workers in 2021.
