To the editor:
The challenge to keep or make a New Year’s resolution to donate blood exceeded expectations especially because of the snow, wind and frigid temperatures during the drive on January 28-29. Thank you Lake City donors who provided the Red Cross with 92 units. Two first-time donors also shared this gift of life. Again, Lake City area blood donors responded to the extreme need for blood. Thank you!
