Fresh Market customers round up to support weekend food program
The Kiwanis Club of Lake City extends a deep appreciation and thank you to Lake City Fresh Market and the shoppers at Fresh Market in supporting the Kiwanis Club President challenge for 2021-2022 in raising $5,000 to support 85 Lake City families with children in need of adequate food in January 2022. This year’s round-up program netted $177.41 which has brought the Kiwanis Club of Lake City total contribution amount to the United Way of Wabasha, Goodhue & Pierce County – Packing for the Weekend to families who reside in Lake City to a year-to-date of $1,842.41.
