I recently attended the round table at the library. The subject was World War II.
It brought back memories of my teen age years. I was 14 when we were listening to a concert on the radio and the program was interrupted with the announcement that Japan had bombed Pearl Harbor.
As an innocent 14 year old small girl, I had no idea where Pearl Harbor was; it was just somewhere far away. This wouldn’t effect me. How wrong I was.
