Letter: City blossoming thanks to public works crews

To the editor:
The Bittersweet Garden Club of Lake City sends a huge thank you to the Lake City Public Works parks and streets division for all of their work to help us this summer.
The crew does an outstanding job of watering all the the flower gardens and corner flower containers.
Thank you for providing, delivering and assisting us with the river rock at the pier flower garden. The picture shows just how nice the pier bed looks after adding the rock.
