Letter: Council made the wrong decision about street repairs

A special thanks to the Graphic on the article in the June 13 paper about citizens trying to get streets repaired.
Pine Grove Lane and Lilac Lane were put on a resurfacing plan in 2017 to be reclaimed. I went to meetings of the City Council to understand why streets that were noted then have now been bumped to 2021.
Councilman Boe seemed irritated that any citizens were at the meeting. I thought public forum was for the public.
