Letter: Healthy community idea overlooked

To the editor:
Three months ago, a group of approximately 40 people attended a city review event in Albert Lea, Minn. to better understand their downtown changes and road diet projects. This group consisted of business people, current elected officials, city council candidates and interested citizens. The primary reason was to observe what ideas and concepts in Albert Lea that could be brought back to Lake City to foster changes.
