Letter: Hog roast a great success
Bethany Lutheran Church here in Lake City would like to thank the community for coming to our hog roast and garage sale.
Because of your support, we are able to send our youth to a Lutheran Convention next year in Minneapolis and we sent $1,800 to Lumberton, Texas, to help people there with the devastation left from Hurricane Harvey.
Lumberton is a small town east of Houston. Many people there have virtually lost everything. And because of your generosity we were able to help some families there.
