Letter: How do we balance glitz with needs?

To the editor:

There are many things that could be said about the state of current politics and proposed projects in Lake City.

Seems there are more than enough letters each week to address who wants what and how things should be done.

We have formed task forces, committees, held public forums and tent sessions. We have also seen any number of proposals from consultants for projects with large price tags attached, all in the name of “moving Lake City forward.”
