Letter: Incomplete Goodhue County Board has ceased to function
To the editor:
The Goodhue County Board is now a non-functioning board. The absence of a commissioner for First District negatively affects all Goodhue County districts.
In memory of and in respect for the service of former Commissioner Allen, a temporary appointment must be made until the election cycle catches up.
During his health and service absences, Allen had the foresight to recommend Mr. Safe occupy his position. County residents appreciated the continuity.
