Letter: Junk Crush draws local, new faces
To the editor:
As a downtown business, we at the Lake Pepin Pearl Button Company thank everyone who made Junk Crush such a successful and fun event. We just concluded Junk Crush’s second season so comparisons can be drawn.
As business people, we know it’s not easy to plan such a large event, and we believe the Lake City Chamber of Commerce did an excellent job for just a second time event. Also, the local police did an excellent job assisting in the set-up and the patrolling of the crowds.
