Letter: Marina article raises questions

To the editor:
After reading the article about the marina (“Marina board explains its process,” Nov. 16) I have questions.
Why is the marina in charge of the point, tennis courts, and bathhouse?
According to the dictionary a marina pertains to boating and boats.
None of the above have anything to do with boats.
