Letter: Memorial Day observance belongs outside

To the editor:
I wanted to express my disappointment that the Annual Memorial Day Program is being held inside.
Sure, if it’s raining that would be the alternative. But, here we are, a city with many beautiful parks and we’re holding this beautiful remembrance inside.
Surely hope this doesn’t set the precedence for the years to come.
