Lake City’s Blood Drive Committee received this very important message to share with our local donors. “During Trauma Awareness Month in May, the American Red Cross is calling for blood donations to ensure blood is available during emergencies when every second matters.” News stories from around the country remind us of tragedies of natural and human disasters that happen so often.
