To the editor:
Lake City and the surrounding communities sure know how to welcome guests!
I recently traveled from Laramie, Wyo., to participate in the Tour de Pepin cycling event.
I want to thank every volunteer, community, fellow rider, and the Lake City Chamber of Commerce for hosting such a fabulous event. I have participated in several cycling events, and this one stands apart from the others.
