Letter: Three-lane proposal is 'extraordinary stewardship'

To the editor:
Over the past month several of the council members have asked for my opinion on the conversion of Highway 61 from four lanes to three. One year ago I had no opinion on the matter but after much contemplation and study, I have arrived at the following conclusions.
