Mayor: Environmental commission up and running
To the editor:
Earlier this year our City Council chartered an Environmental Commission to recommend strategies and supporting projects related to improving Lake City’s environment.
The nine-person team, consisting of Chairman Jim Schreck, Secretary Tom Lundahl, Bob Parrott, Dennis Hatleli, Terri Pepin, Deirdre Flesche, Laurie Svien, Tommy Keller, Jennifer White and Louise Segreto has begun meeting at 5 p.m. the fourth Tuesday of each month at City Hall. The City department head liaison is Public Works Director, Scott Jensen.
