To the editor:
Our community recently lost a dedicated public servant. Council Member Mary Lou Waltman passed away on Jan. 26.
I met Mary Lou eight years ago when she was on the City Council and I was on the Planning Commission. We spent many evenings working together on the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
